Ltd. in CIRP (CIN: U45201DL2006PTC145748) vide Hon'ble NCLT, Bench III, New Delhi order dated 19.09.2023, by replacing Mr Narender Kumar Sharma, who cease to act as RP with immediate effect from 19.09.2023, who was appointed vide admission order dated 02.02.2023. The affairs, business and property of the company are being managed by the IRP who contracts as agent of the company and without personal liability.
